Wowee zowie, have I been busy! It's been a while since my last entry into this rich and storied tome so I am sure that I won't remember everything that has happened since the last so I will just write a few things that are relevant for now.

I got the promotion at work! Quite exciting! It isn't going to be awesome to have to work a few nights a week, but I am not going to gripe. I am really looking forward to more responsibility and the opportunity to give my input on store issues. The first few closes that I did went really well, too, so that's nice. It is crummy that I won't be able to hang out with Carrie every night of the week. Shucks! I am going in early today to discuss my schedule. I hope it goes well.

We got smashed by another snowstorm this weekend and it was a downer. A bunch of stuff was closed on both SAT and SUN, including the Y! It's crazy how poor the snow removal here in Philly is. The roads are still caked with giant banks of snow three days after the initial snowfall and cars are still plowed into their spots on the sides of the road.

We played a We Are Gaga show last weekend at a house party and it was FUN! It sounds like we will be playing somewhat regularly as a few people asked if we could play more shows after that performance, and that is neat.

We watched the Super Bowl last night at Jessica Bikis' house (she was actually playing D&D during the game, though) and it was decent, though not as great as last year's game. I ate crappy pizza and had a few beers and actually ate some cheese puffs.

I brought home a spray bottle and we have been using it to deter Santa from knocking things onto the ground. It has been working really well! All we have to do now is pick up the bottle and he stops doing the bad behavior. He slept quietly on the couch last night instead of keeping us up all night. Fantastic!

I am sure that I am forgetting a ton of important stuff. This is why i should update this every day. Nuts.
